About this site

The Kingston & Polytechnic Harriers javelin clinic meets on Sunday mornings approximately twice a month at Kingsmeadow stadium, Kingston Road, Kingston upon Thames in SW London. The club has a long distinguished history of javelin throwers and the clinic hopes to continue this tradition. The clinic covers both throwing and throw-specific training for this most taxing event.

This site allows athletes to enter and view their own results, consult training notes and view video stills from training sessions.
